Management of Conflict in Non-Profit Organization with Shared Governance

In social and non-profit organisations with partnership governance, conflicts are more numerous difficult to mitigate. Ostrom’s organisational principles guarantee the stabilisation of such organisations, but we lack studies about ways restore their stability after a conflict crisis. Based on Rahim’s works handling styles’ influence over long-lasting collaborations, hypothesize linkage between effective styles. Our article explores this topic from action research based comparison three organizations: an associative school, Non-Governmental-Organization, Think Tank, Each organisation is characterized respectively by styles that can each lead collapse. The rules collegial governance exemplify well, in cases studied, as variables directly affect modes resolution its members. This analysis opens up new avenues for management, whereby stabilization achieved, changing collective move towards collegiality decision-making.
